Product Description

The heating system, which operates through the circulation of water by the package pump inside the radiators in a closed-loop system, transfers heat to the surrounding environment, constantly repeating this cycle.

The use of metallic radiators, especially panel radiators, leads to the addition of metals and rust to the water flow inside the circuit, disrupting the optimal performance of internal components of wall-mounted heating packages and significantly reducing their lifespan.

This is where the installation of a heating circuit filter becomes crucial. Due to its strong and continuous magnetic effect, it absorbs all suspended metallic particles in the closed-loop radiator system, preventing their recirculation within the system. This leads to increased system efficiency and longer lifespan of internal components of wall-mounted heating packages.

The Polaris heating circuit filter, with a magnetic field strength of 17800 Gauss, absorbs all iron particles present in the water, guaranteeing no harm to your system. Additionally, with brass fittings, it ensures greater strength during installation.

Necessity of using Heating Circuit Filter

In the following conditions, which are signs of the presence of metallic particles in the system, a magnetic circuit heating filter can be used to prevent future problems:

1. Inadequate heating of radiators, especially in the lower parts of the radiators.
2. Presence of metallic deposits in the secondary heat exchanger.
3. Pump failure.
4. Unusual noise from the pump.

Method of using Heating Circuit Filter

heating circuit circuit filter is installed in the heating return path, before the pump.

Maintenance method:

To clean the filter from trapped metallic particles, close the return valve of the filter and then open the filter door to drain the water inside it. After opening the filter door, you can easily remove the debris and metallic deposits trapped on the magnet by removing the casing.

Typically, the first periodic service is performed in the first month, and then this inspection is repeated once a year.
