Polymagnet ProLock filter has two stages of sediment removal in the way of water passing into the system. in the first stage it acts by creating a very strong magnetic field with the help of neodymium magnets and converting most of the calcium and magnesium ions into aragonite powder. Second stage process is to pass through the sodium hexamethasone salt cartridge, which completely removes the sediment and keeps the device safe from the presence of sediment.

Polymagnet Prolock filter has several special advantages over other similar filters, which are as follows:

1. Proffesional Spring Flange Lock

The 1st important feature is locking flange filter that reduces the probability of the installer’s error to zero in the correct installation direction, so that the plastic spring lock in the base part is placed in the hole on the flange to lock the flange. It means complete sealing of the filter.

2. Proffesional PushFit Sealing

The 2nd feature of the filter is the double O-ring design for sealing the housing so that the upper O-ring is placed on the upper groove on the housing and the second O-ring performs the sealing as a push fit. This type of sealing is the only double O-ring sealing among all polyphosphate filters available in the market.

3. Conical Sealing Technology

The 3rd feature of this filter is the unique design of the flexible conical blade in the inner part of the base. When installing the filter, this blade is fitted with the housing, and during the static pressure inside the filter, the conical blade sticks to the housing body and performs sealing.

The type of sealing, the higher the pressure inside the hosing, the easier it is to seal, so the presence of this flexible blade in the filter is very important and guarantees the filter’s ability to withstand very high pressures.

4. Four Separate Threads

The 4th feature of this filter is the design of 4 separate threads in the base and flange, which guarantees the resistance of the flange and base to withstand several times the pressure.

5. Enhanced Magnets Placement Design

5th feature is the presence of a magnetic field at the entrance of this filter, due to the placement of magnets, a large part of the hardness of the water has been reduced, and this helps to increase the life of the polyphosphate stones in the filter, so that they can be used up to three times the usual time.
